The Joint Commission Life Safety Survey Readiness

The Joint Commission's Life Safety Code surveyor reviews the LS, EC and EM chapters: the building, the utility and fire protection systems, the documentation and the emergency management program. Survey Ready Consulting assesses the facility against those chapters the way the surveyor will, so the findings show up in our report instead of in the survey.

Joint Commission surveys are unannounced, which is why a standing readiness program outperforms a last-minute push.
